Interested in joining our team?
We're looking for people with a strong drive to share the joy, excitement, and emotional impact of Japanese content with the world, regardless of language or where they live.
Among all candidates, those who embody the values of Challenge-Oriented, Teamwork, Integrity, and Personal Accountability are the ones we believe thrive at Abracadabra, regardless of role.

Personality Traits We Value
- Challenge-Oriented
It's natural to feel fear or hesitation when facing something new or difficult.
We're looking for people who see those moments as chances to grow, who take the first step even when it's hard, and who are motivated to achieve what others say is impossible.
- Team Players Who Respect One Another
Our team is made up of people from different countries, cultures, and languages—but we're united by a shared love of Japanese pop culture. We embrace those differences as strengths and believe mutual respect is essential. That includes offering honest, constructive feedback as professionals and continuously striving to become someone others can respect in return.
- Committed to Growth with Integrity
Sticking to outdated methods or ignoring opportunities for improvement can hold back both individuals and the team. We value people who are always looking for ways to do things better, who take responsibility seriously, and who work with patience and sincerity to grow every day.
- Personal Accountability
When aiming high, setbacks are inevitable.
We want people who reflect on what they could have done differently, who learn from mistakes, and who use that insight to keep growing—not by blaming others, but by taking responsibility and moving forward.
Message from CEO
“Inspired by the book 'Soft Power' by Professor Joseph S. Nye, which I read during my college days, I decided to start a business that collaborates with people from around the world that makes use of what's known as soft power.”
“We'd be happy to work with Japanophiles and those wanting to take part in business on a global scale with us. Doing so helps us achieve our goal of making the world a more peaceful place through the spreading of otaku culture and enjoying it with people from all over the world.”
